  • Some people may suffer from allergic reaction

  • Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Speak to your Doctor before taking Chamomile if you are taking any medications to prevent the rejection of organ transplants or any blood thinners such as Warfarin

 

Recommended Dosage:

  • 750-8000mg taken orally daily is safe and effective for most treatments. 

  • Can also be used as a topical oil

  • Can also be used in aromatherapy

  • These doses are also safe for children
