Cancellation Policy

Single sessions are refundable if cancelled up to 1 hour in advance. Full-Course Packages are non-refundable whether or not the course is attended and participated in by the learner. If the eventuality occurs that we have to cancel the course in full or in part then refunds will be paid in proportion to the amount of lessons that learners are unable attend due to cancellation on our part. Although we will always do our utmost to maintain this course to the planned schedule, we reserve the right to rearrange or reschedule lessons with reasonable advanced warning to learners. No refunds are given for sessions cancelled with less than 1 hours' notice before the scheduled start time and sessions that have been attended are non-refundable.
